2027 ELECTIONS : APM RECEIVES DEFECTORS
The Allied People’s Movement has revealed that the party is in talks with serving senators, members of the House of Representatives and other political leaders across the country ahead of the 2027 general election.
This is contained in a statement issued by its National Publicity Secretary, Abubakar Yusuf.
The development followed the announcement of the defection of Senator Mohammed Ogoshi Onawo, representing Nasarawa South Senatorial District, from the African Democratic Congress, ADC to the Allied People’s Movement APM.
Senator Onawo announced his defection during Senate plenary and was later received at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja by the National Chairman, Yusuf Mamman Dantalle, and other party leaders.
