Oniru, Dignitaries Grace Engr. Adetokunbo A. Adeyemi’s Diamond Jubilee Celebration
It was a gathering of elegance, gratitude and celebration as family members, friends, associates and distinguished guests converged on Lagos to celebrate the 60th birthday of Engr. Adetokunbo A. Adéyemí.

The memorable occasion commenced with a special thanksgiving service at All Saints Anglican Church, Ikosi ketu where invited guests joined the celebrant in giving thanks to God for six decades of a fulfilled life marked by faith, service and remarkable accomplishments.
The grand reception was at the premises of Lagos Television, where guests from all walks of life were treated to an evening of glamour, music and fellowship.
The venue was beautifully decorated and provided a befitting atmosphere for the milestone celebration.

Among the distinguished personalities who graced the occasion was the Oniru of Iru Kingdom, Oba Abdulwasiu Omogbolahan Lawal, whose presence added royal splendour to the event. The monarch joined family members, friends, professional colleagues, church associates and community leaders in the celebration


Guests described Engr. Adéyemí as a dependable friend, accomplished professional, devoted family man and compassionate philanthropist. Many recalled his positive impact on their lives and his unwavering commitment to excellence and service. 
A major highlight of the evening was the cutting of the birthday cake, accompanied by cheers, applause and heartfelt renditions of birthday songs. Guests also enjoyed a variety of delicacies and musical entertainment as they danced and celebrated the landmark occasion.

Guests at the event said, the celebration was not only a recognition of Engr.Adéyemí’s 60 years on earth but also a tribute to a life dedicated to hard work, faith, friendship and community development.
For many in attendance, the celebration was a fitting honour for a man whose life journey has touched numerous hearts and whose legacy of kindness, humility and service continues to inspire all who know him.
In December 1996, he married his friend and soulmate, Miss Adetoun J. Ogudiyun (as she then was), and their union is blessed with four beautiful Daughters . Over the years, the family has shared many joyous milestones and achievements, and Family remains a central pillar of his life.
A devoted Christian, Engr. Adeyemi’s faith has been a guiding force throughout his journey. He has been actively involved in several departments and groupings within the Church and he currently serves as the People’s Warden of All Saints Anglican Church, Ikosi-Ketu, contributing his quota to the work of the spirit and administration of his church
