TINUBU CELEBRATES SOLUDO AT BIRTHDAY, PRAISES TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP

President Commends Anambra Governor’s Impact on Security, Economy and Infrastructure

ABUJA — President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an exceptional economist and visionary leader whose contributions continue to impact Nigeria positively.

In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President praised Soludo’s outstanding professional accomplishments, particularly his tenure as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), where he spearheaded one of the country’s most far-reaching banking sector reforms.

President Tinubu described the Anambra governor as an intellectual who has successfully translated academic excellence into effective governance, noting that he has brought “rigour, brilliance and discipline” into politics and public administration.

The President further commended Soludo’s leadership in Anambra State, citing notable improvements in security, economic development and infrastructure expansion under his administration.

Joining family members, friends and residents of Anambra State in celebrating the governor, Tinubu lauded Soludo’s commitment to transformative governance and national development.

According to the President, Soludo has demonstrated that visionary leadership can deliver meaningful change and sustainable progress.

“Soludo has truly demonstrated that when philosophers become kings, good change happens. I encourage him to keep up the good work, and I thank him for his support,” the President stated.

President Tinubu also prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the governor, wishing him many more years of good health, strength and wisdom to continue his service to Anambra State and Nigeria.
