APM UNVEILS STRATEGY FOR 2027 POLLS, EXPRESSSES CONFIDENCE IN MAKINDE’S VICTORY
The Allied People’s Movement (APM) has announced plans to deploy an inclusive and people-driven campaign strategy ahead of the 2027 general elections, expressing confidence in securing victory at the polls.
The party also declared its optimism about winning the 2027 presidential election, citing the popularity and governance record of its presidential candidate, Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde.
In a statement issued in Abuja, the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Yusuf Abubakar, said the APM had put in place a strong and efficient campaign structure that would soon be unveiled to the public.
According to Abubakar, the party believes Governor Makinde possesses the leadership qualities and policy blueprint needed to address some of Nigeria’s pressing challenges and move the country towards sustainable development.
The party spokesman further disclosed that the APM has been engaging in extensive consultations across the country and has forged strategic alliances with other opposition groups as part of efforts to strengthen its chances in the forthcoming elections.
He maintained that the party’s campaign would focus on inclusiveness, grassroots mobilisation and issue-based engagement aimed at winning the confidence and support of Nigerians ahead of the 2027 polls.
