CIRCULAR ROAD: ALAAFIN COMMENDS PRESIDENT TINUBU

The approval of the award of the construction of Oyo Circular road from Ijawaya, Federal government girls’ college, Sabo, Ilora and Akinmorin, all part of the Oyo Federal constituency by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been described as many steps forward in the developmental growth of Oyo state, particularly, the Oyo Federal constituency.

The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Engineer Abimbola Akeem Owoade, Elewu-Etu 1 stated this in a press release signed by his Director, Media and Publicity.

Oba Abimbola Owoade noted that for decades, the poor condition of Oyo metropolis roads posed severe socio-economic challenges for the people, adding that the President’s prompt response to his request, providing this critical infrastructure will no doubt bring about immense relief to the people .

The first class monarch while thanking President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his outstanding and unwavering support to the Oyo metropolis, said the landmark project aligns with the renewed hope agenda of the present administration.

Oba Owoade also added that the road, when completed, will boost local economy as farmers will have seamless access to major markets while there also will be improved access to health care service as communities will be connected to the neighbouring towns.
