FRSC CORPS MARSHAL DESCRIBES DAUDA BIU’S DEATH AS SHOCKING
Corps Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps, Shehu Mohammed has described
the death of the immediate former Corps Marshal, Dauda Ali Biu as shocking and sorrowful.
In a condolence letter to the Biu family he personally signed, the Corps Marshal described late Ali Biu as a distinguished officer whose career embodied dedication, discipline and an enduring commitment to public service.
He said Biu’s death is a painful loss to both the Corps and Nigeria as a whole.
Late Dauda Biu, having joined the Corps in its formative years, rose through the ranks to become the seventh substantive Corps Marshal, serving from July 2022 to May 2024.
His years of service reflected a deep understanding of the Corps’ mandate and a steadfast commitment to advancing road safety administration, operational effectiveness and institutional development.
His contributions to the growth and development of the FRSC remain part of the collective legacy which the Corps continues to build upon.
Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed prays Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and grant him Paradise.
