ICPC arraigns Uche Nnaji over alleged certificate forgery
The former Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Uche Nnaji has been arraigned over alleged certificate forgery and misappropriation of funds.
Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission arraigned Uche NNAJI before the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on a six – count charge.
Counts three, four, five ad six specifically relate to the alleged certificate forgery, while counts one and two relate to the alleged misappropriation of funds.
Uche Nnaji as the defendant in this matter pleaded not guilty to all the counts
The arrangement followed months of investigation into allegations that the former minister forged academic credentials and made false declarations.
