Osun Election Situation Report – RAC Activation and Poll Opening
RAC Activation:RAC activation was successfully completed (100%) at 6:09 p.m. yesterday in preparation for the Osun State Governorship Election.
Polling Unit (PU) Opening (as at 8:30 a.m. today):
– 3,556 of 3,763 Polling Units (94.5%) had opened.
– 207 Polling Units (5.5%) experienced minor delays in opening but were all operational by 9:00 a.m.
Overall Assessment:The RAC activation and polling unit opening processes were conducted in a peaceful, orderly, and timely manner.
